We are looking for a motivated Application Support Engineer to help keep business-critical applications stable, observable, and reliable for clients. You will troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs and databases, and collaborate on improvements across the support lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesResolve production incidents by troubleshooting application, database, and connectivity issuesAnalyze logs and monitoring signals to identify root cause and propose corrective actionsExecute SQL queries to validate data, diagnose problems, and support investigation workflowsTroubleshoot Java core applications by interpreting errors, reviewing behavior, and recommending fixesSupport ITIL-aligned processes by handling incidents, contributing to problem records, and coordinating changesOperate and monitor pre-built Jenkins pipelines to support releases and operational tasksCollaborate with engineers to improve system reliability, observability, and operational readinessDocument investigations, runbooks,



and knowledge articles in Jira and ConfluenceCoordinate across stakeholders during escalations and communicate status and impact clearlyPerform network and web troubleshooting including DNS checks, SSL validation, and HAR file analysisParticipate in on-call rotation and shift coverage to maintain service continuityRequirements2+ years application support experience in medium to large ecosystemsJava core troubleshooting experience for application errors and monitoringSQL experience with strong query skillsITSM and ITIL foundation knowledge covering incident, problem, and change managementStrong understanding of web application architecture including web/app/DB servers, DNS, firewalls, and SSLHands-on experience with Elastic and APM logs for investigation and monitoringExperience using pre-built Jenkins pipelines and working within release processesPractical database fundamentals across Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQLStrong communication skills for clear verbal and written updatesColl
