Location Requirement

Schedule / Availability
- Monday – Friday
- Availability window: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Details
- Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments
- Mix of long and short distance trips
- Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability.

Vehicle Requirements
- Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
- No vans or gas guzzlers

Pay & Contractor Status
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Drivers earn a minimum of $125.00 per day in matched trips, earn more once the daily threshold is met
- Paid weekly via direct deposit

General Preliminary Requirements:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
- Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
- Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
- Have a good Driving Record - No more than one (1)



moving violation or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years.
- Complete and successfully pass Drug Screening, including marijuana.

Network Onboarding Requirements:
- Clean background & driving record.
- Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
- Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2–3 hrs each; provided)
