About the position
- Develop managers’ QHSE awareness and ensure that QHSE is an integral part of management responsibilities and objectives.




- Develop and maintain a competent and motivated QHSE organization within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Monitor and communicate QHSE objectives, performance, and results.
- Provide accurate QHSE data, trend analyses, and associated metrics, along with actionable improvement plans.
- Assess sites and develop and implement strategies to reduce injuries, environmental incidents, and other issues that may affect the safety of personnel and facilities.
- Participate in the development of QHSE procedures, work instructions, and checklists as required.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices, procedures, and work instructions across the organization.
- Monitor compliance with QHSE policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement plans to improve compliance.
- Lead and/or support management in Service Quality and HSE incident investigations and root cause analyses.
