About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Digital Advertising Sales Team Lead to manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Sales Representatives supporting advertisers across the United States and Canada.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role focused on consultative selling, pipeline generation, sales coaching, digital advertising, and performance management .




You will help representatives improve prospecting, qualification, customer conversations, advertising recommendations, onboarding, retention, and account growth.
The adecuado candidate combines direct B2B sales leadership experience with practical knowledge of digital advertising sales or marketing and knows how to turn commercial and quality metrics into specific actions that improve team performance.
What You'll Do
- Sales Leadership & Coaching Directly manage and coach approximately 10 Sales Representatives .
- Provide structured feedback on customer calls and sales interactions.
- Develop individual action plans based on performance gaps and development opportunities.
- Coach representatives on consultative selling, customer discovery, and opportunity management.
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement measurable corrective actions when needed.
