OV Construction Group is a growing construction and property maintenance company; we are seeking a highly organized and proactive dispatcher/administrative assistant to support a growing construction team. This position combines tasks such as operations coordination, scheduling, client coordination, work order management, and general administrative support to help ensure projects run smoothly.

Position: Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant
Industry: Construction
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10 PM to 8 AM.
Work Arrangement: 100% remote, back-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Scheduling Coordination
Assign technicians and equipment to job sites.
Schedule and coordinate work according to project requirements.
Confirm appointments with clients.
Communicate schedule changes to teams and clients.
Monitor daily progress of work.
Update the status of work in the CRM or project management system.

Work Order and Project Coordination
Track open and completed work orders.




Follow up on incomplete work orders.
Ensure that work orders are completed and signed correctly.
Collect necessary documents, signatures, and job information.
Coordinate with project managers and field teams.
Follow up on pending materials, documents, or approvals.

Project Documentation
Collect photos of projects before, during, and after work is completed.
Organize and upload project photos.
Maintain accurate records of clients and projects.

Customer Support and Administrative Support
Handle basic customer inquiries.
Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and field teams.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on the status of projects.
Provide general administrative support to the construction team.

Requirements
Experience coordinating technicians, crews, or field teams, as well as prior experience in construction, is highly valued.
Essential: Advanced English
