We’re looking for an Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to the business, driving people initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, support leaders in decision-making, and align talent strategies with Amrize’s overall business goals.

What you will do:
• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to help leaders make informed decisions regarding their teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from high-impact onboarding to strategic offboarding.
• Work closely with the responsible COE during performance management cycles,



ensuring a feedback culture is ingrained and actionable.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian Labor Law.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in tech or multinational environments.
• Deep knowledge in HR generalities (Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Culture, Wellbeing)

• Desirable: Deep knowledge of Colombian Labor Law and social security regulations.
• English B2+
