What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of accounting experience
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience – MUST
• Intermediate Excel – MUST
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset and strong follow-through
• Adaptability and flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile bank feeds and accounts in QuickBooks Online
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Review and maintain General Ledger (GL) accuracy
• Support the month-end close process
• Assist with vendor management and maintain accurate vendor records
• Prepare vendor documentation for tax-season reporting
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records
• Identify and communicate accounting discrepancies for resolution
• Handle financial information with confidentiality and accuracy
