About the RoleLucyd is looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer, Paid Search with deep Google Ads expertise to own strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across multiple client accounts.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone capable of operating at a department-lead level within Google Ads while remaining directly involved in campaign management and optimization. You should be comfortable developing strategy, solving complex performance challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and confidently communicating with clients.

You’ll work with DTC e-commerce brands, including businesses operating in regulated and policy-constrained industries where success requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Search Strategy & Performance• Own paid search strategy and performance across multiple client accounts.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, with Microsoft Advertising as applicable.
• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and other applicable campaign types.
• Develop account strategies aligned with client growth and profitability goals.
• Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and spend allocation to maximize performance and return.
