The position
The purpose of the Service Business Development Specialist is to contribute to the growth of Sungrow’s service business by attracting new customers and developing opportunities in the after-sales area. The role focuses on preparing and managing tenders, as well as structuring and negotiating service contracts for photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. This position works in coordination with the sales, service, after-sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure compliance with commercial, contractual, and operational requirements.

Main activities and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and develop commercial proposals for Sungrow customers in the northern LATAM region (Colombia, Central America, the Caribbean islands, and Mexico) for PV and BESS projects, including LTSA service agreements and other O&M-; and service-related contracts, ensuring compliance with the established technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to collect, review, and follow up on non-standard contractual terms and conditions,



facilitating their assessment by the relevant departments.
• Prepare service quotations and financial proposals in coordination with the Service and Sales teams, using the pricing policies and structures defined by the organization.
• Coordinate with the Legal, Service, and O&M; teams to collect information and follow up on special requirements associated with service contracts for PV and BESS projects.
• Collaborate with the Service and Sales teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of initiatives that contribute to greater operational and commercial efficiency.
• Support the handover of awarded contracts to the Service organization, ensuring the timely and complete delivery of the contractual documentation required for execution.
