The Customer Support team plays a critical role in the client experience by ensuring that NIQ data, reports, and deliverables are provided accurately, on time, and in line with established service commitments. The team serves as the first level of support for clients, managing inquiries, coordinating data investigations, and working cross-functionally with local and integral teams to ensure the effective resolution of issues. Through a combination of customer focus, operational expertise, and a commitment to quality, the team drives client satisfaction and continuous improvement across NIQ’s processes and services.





As a Jr Market Intelligence Analyst | Client Support, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing support in managing inquiries, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in customer service, data management, operational excellence, and international collaboration while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. This role provides a strong foundation for building knowledge of NIQ solutions, strengthening analytical skills, and directly contributing to an exceptional client experience.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented support for inquiries and requests
