Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Operations Processor to support high-volume recruiting operations through accurate data entry, scheduling, documentation, and administrative processes. This role works closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR teams to ensure an efficient candidate experience and accurate recruiting records.

Key Responsibilities
• Process high volumes of candidate applications, resumes, and screening information in ATS/HRIS systems.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Prepare, distribute, and track employment offer letters and required documentation.
• Support background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruiting systems.
• Generate recruiting reports and maintain candidate pipeline information.
• Support onboarding by ensuring required documentation is complete and properly submitted.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and basic recruiting processes.




• Support mass hiring events, job fairs, and open houses.
• Assist with job postings and maintain accurate information across job boards.
• Follow recruiting compliance, data privacy, and internal procedures.
• Support the documentation and improvement of recruiting workflows and SOPs.

Requirements
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Administrative, Recruiting, Coordination, or Operations Support roles, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience using an ATS and/or HRIS.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple schedules and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry, documentation, and compliance.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential candidate information.
