We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team at CULTURE+ Group (CIEN+, Human Dot Plus, Relevant+). This role is responsible for overseeing and executing various accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes. The adecuado candidate will support the accounting department by handling reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting in month-end and year-end closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L;, AR, AP & cashflow statement.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Prepare and execute month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.




• Prepare and review financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial status.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assisting in tax filings and audits as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and organize financial records for audits and internal reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
• Prepare and file applicable Form 1099s for third-party vendors and service providers for each company, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Reconcile invoices and related payments associated with factoring transactions when applicable, ensuring proper accounting and accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
