The role will be responsible for driving hotel revenue, market growth, business development, key account management, travel trade partnerships, MICE, leisure, wholesale, B2B, DMC, and corporate sales across the assigned region.
The idóneo candidate will be a senior hotel sales professional with a strong network across the Latin American hospitality and travel industry and a proven track record of delivering room revenue through multiple commercial channels.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position requiring strong hotel sales expertise, commercial acumen, relationship management, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and regional leadership.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Regional Hotel Sales Strategy• Develop and implement the regional hotel sales strategy in line with overall commercial objectives.
• Identify priority markets, customer segments, source markets, and revenue opportunities.
• Establish annual sales plans, targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Develop strategies across MICE, Leisure, Wholesale, B2B, DMC, Corporate, Group, and Travel Trade segments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, tourism demand, and distribution developments.

2. Business Development• Identify and acquire new hotel accounts, travel trade partners, corporate clients, wholesalers, DMCs, tour operators, and strategic partners.
• Develop new source markets and commercial opportunities.
• Build a strong regional sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, site inspections, and commercial negotiations.
