About the Role
TeamFicient is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, deliverables, stakeholders,



and risks while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Core ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify project dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delays.
