We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Medical Equipment Representative to act as the primary liaison between our US-based company and various healthcare facilities. In this role, you will leverage your pharmaceutical or clinical background to represent our brand, guiding medical institutions, clinics, and other entities through the process of acquiring state-of-the-art medical equipment and healthcare supplies.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation: Act as the face and voice of our US-based company for healthcare facilities and commercial partners looking to acquire medical equipment.
Client Consultation: Engage with hospital administrators, procurement managers, and clinical staff to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate medical devices and solutions.
Customer Success & Support:
Provide end-to-end customer service, ensuring a seamless acquisition process from the initial inquiry to post-delivery support.
Technical Communication: Translate complex clinical and technical specifications into clear, actionable information for clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting B2B relationships with healthcare entities to foster trust and encourage repeat acquisitions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational / Professional Background: Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or proven hands-on experience working extensively with medical equipment and clinical supplies.
Language Skills: Fully bilingual with an advanced or native level of English (C1/C2). Must possess flawless verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with US stakeholders and international clients.
