Job Description
The Associate Programmatic Analyst supports the execution, monitoring, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms. This role is adecuado for individuals looking to build a career in digital media and advertising technology while gaining hands-on experience with campaign management, audience targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
Working closely with senior team members, the Associate Programmatic Analyst assists in campaign implementation, pacing monitoring, quality assurance processes, and reporting activities to help ensure successful delivery of client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the setup and execution of programmatic advertising campaigns across DSP platforms.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing to ensure budgets and objectives are on track.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to verify campaign accuracy and performance.
• Support campaign optimization efforts based on performance trends and recommendations from senior team members.
• Prepare and maintain campaign reports, performance summaries,



and delivery updates.
• Analyze campaign data and identify basic performance insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign launches, troubleshooting, and reporting requests.
• Ensure attention to detail while managing campaign information and documentation.

Qualifications
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Interest in Digital Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, Media Buying, or AdTech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to or knowledge of DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, or similar platforms.
