As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Specialist to support our U.S.-based Account Managers and help drive success for our larger, high-value accounts.
About The Role
As an Enterprise Account Specialist at SellCord, you’ll support the management of key enterprise-level accounts on Walmart Marketplace. Working closely with U.S.-based Account Managers (AMs), you’ll help ensure seamless execution of strategies, maintain strong client communication, and contribute to the overall success of complex,
high-revenue accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is excited to work with larger brands while collaborating across general teams.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Support US-based Account Managers in managing day-to-day operations of enterprise client accounts
• Serve as a primary point of contact (POC) for client requests, updates, and ongoing communication via email and calls
• Lead client meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations (decks), and follow-ups
• Prepare performance reports, replenishment analysis, and meeting recaps
• Coordinate product launches and ensure timely execution of internal tasks
• Partner with advertising teams to monitor and improve campaign performance
• Track sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities
