LATAM Payroll Product owner role.
This role will be for LATAM countries(Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Chile). They need a person with Payroll Project experience and based in any of the countries mentioned and able to speak in Spanish and English. business-oriented role, knowledge in payroll processes, product owner and Project management, stakeholders magement, high communication skills.

Must-Have Skills — LATAM Payroll Product Owner

• Payroll systems implementation/configuration experience — hands-on work building/configuring an enterprise payroll platform (SAP, Workday, ADP, or similar), not just running BPO/managed-service payroll operations. Must show discrete implementation project work (requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare) — not ongoing production support or process management.




• Business Analyst / Product Owner orientation — requirements gathering, user stories, functional specs, backlog/roadmap ownership tied to a system build, not just service delivery oversight.
• Named country-specific statutory payroll knowledge in at least some of: Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Chile (e.g., Brazil's e-social/DCTFWEB, or equivalent local compliance specifics for the other markets) — general "LATAM experience" without named country detail is not sufficient.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English fluency — both required; confirm presente speaking/working proficiency, not just resume self-rating.
• Multi-country/global payroll rollout experience — implementations spanning more than one country, not single-market payroll only.
