As our Internal Communications Intern, you will be at the forefront of shaping our internal communication initiatives, playing a vital role in strengthening the bond between our organization and its valued employees. This is an incredible chance to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of internal communication practices, ranging from employee engagement strategies to content development and change management.

Your Impact:
• Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop engaging content.
• Organize and update databases using tools such as Excel, Mailchimp, and Populo.
• Support the design and implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with data and analysis on communication performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.




• Assist with employee engagement activities, including town halls, team-building events, and other internal activations.
• Support logistics and coordination for office-related activities.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.

Your Skills and Experience:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photo
