AI is at the core of how we work. Our editorial operation runs on AI agents, and we want the rest of the business to work the same way. That's where you come in.
The roleWe're looking for a hands-on marketer who lives inside ad platforms, thinks in automations and gets genuinely excited about building with AI.
You'll own paid media across up to 10 or more ad accounts on LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms. You'll run the automated systems that turn a form fill into a real conversation within minutes. And you'll help us build the AI agents that take over the repetitive parts of the job, so you can spend your time on strategy, testing and growth.
You'll also own marketing for Castleberry itself: content, video, and new ways to find and win clients.




This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a large team and big agency budgets. It's for someone who likes to build, test, measure and ship. You'll report directly to our founder.
What you'll doPaid media• Run and optimize campaigns across up to 10+ ad accounts, mainly on LinkedIn, plus Meta and other platforms.
• Supervise the AI agent that optimizes and uploads ads: review its work, catch what it gets wrong and take over when needed.
• Own the full cycle: audiences, creative, lead gen forms, budgets, A/B tests and reporting.
• Run lead generation campaigns built around valuable content (reports, guides, scorecards and assessments) that people download or complete in exchange for their details.

Automation & lead capture• Build and maintain the automations that capture leads from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and other sources, using Zapier, Make or similar tools.
