We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on finance leader who can take full ownership of the financial function and work directly with ownership and senior leadership.
This is not a purely reporting or accounting role. We are looking for someone who understands the numbers, identifies problems before they become problems, improves cash flow and profitability, and helps management make better business decisions.
The RoleThe Head of Finance will own the financial management of the company, including accounting, cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, controls, working capital, and financial analysis.
You will be expected to build a strong financial operating system around the business and provide management with clear, accurate, actionable financial information.




Key responsibilities include:
• Own monthly financial reporting, including P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Build and maintain a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and budget-versus-vigente reporting.
• Monitor cash daily and help management prioritize payments and working capital.
• Manage and improve accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Analyze profitability by customer, product, SKU, and business line.
• Oversee inventory accounting, COGS, costing, and manufacturing-related financial controls.
• Identify margin leakage, unnecessary expenses, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Develop management dashboards and KPIs for ownership.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy.
• Support banking, lending, and financing relationships.
