About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist to join our Commercial Strategy team. In this role, you will own end-to-end financial reconciliation, monitor processing metrics,



and manage risk across our general merchant portfolio. You will operate at the intersection of complex payment data modeling, business analytics, and executive decision support.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end reconciliation across our portfolio of merchant entities in the US, EU and LATAM, matching invoices, acquirer/PSP settlements, payouts and bank movements at merchant and MID level.
• Reconcile chargeback-related costs and credits (dispute fees, RDR, VAMP fees, rolling reserves and reserve releases) against what acquirers and partners actually charged or credited.
• Track payment plans and installment schedules with partners, flagging overdue, overpaid and in-transit amounts with a clear status per merchant.
• Run the monthly reconciliation close: exception logs, aging of open items, documentation and sign-off.
• Act as bus
