GTM Support Analyst at BairesDev
In this role, you'll be the first line of support for our GTM Teams, staying in constant contact with multiple teams and their leaders across the Selling Cycle. You'll gain a holistic view of the commercial process while handling onboarding, documentation, and reporting needs on demand. It's a dynamic position that works as an incubator for talent, giving you the chance to develop your own skills and discover where you want to grow next.
What You'll Do:
- Act as an administrative assistant for the commercial teams.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and its materials for the commercial teams.
- Draft reports that may later be absorbed by other controlling areas.
- Support communication and event activity associated with relevant programs of work.
- Build deep knowledge of the supported areas' processes and value propositions to support all sorts of initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- 2-7 years of experience in support roles, ideally supporting sales or commercial teams.
- Background as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or in Commercial Support, Client Services, or Customer Support.
- Proficiency in Office Package or GSuite.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
