? What You’ll Do
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality video content.
• Create seamless transitions, compelling visual sequences, and engaging storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and bring ideas to life.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ensure all videos meet brand, quality, and project requirements.
• Stay up to date with video editing trends, social media content formats, and emerging technologies.
• Explore and leverage AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and video production workflows.
• Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• B2+ English proficiency and strong Spanish communication skills.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and transitions.
• A creative mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to receive feedback and adapt quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and video editing is a plus.
