We are looking for a Programmatic Associate

At Omnicom Media Group, we are looking for a Programmatic Associate to join our Programmatic team. This role will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns across different DSPs, working closely with internal teams, clients, media partners, and senior team members.

Role Objective
Manage assigned programmatic campaigns from setup through reporting, ensuring proper execution, pacing, performance, and optimization according to client KPIs. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented profile with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
• Set up and launch programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Amazon.
• Ensure the correct implementation of insertion orders, media plans, targeting, budgets, and campaign requirements.
• Monitor daily pacing, delivery, and performance to identify risks and optimization opportunities.




• Implement optimizations to improve campaign performance and achieve client KPIs.

Data & Reporting
• Extract and analyze data from DSPs and ad servers to evaluate campaign performance.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering pacing, delivery, KPIs, and key performance insights.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Support the identification and resolution of technical, setup, or delivery issues.

Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with Programmatic, Analytics, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Communicate campaign updates, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactively.
• Collaborate with media partners, suppliers, and DSP representatives to support campaign performance and stay updated on industry developments.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Ad
