Role DescriptionELEVA is seeking a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to help build a consistent pipeline of qualified conversations with U.S. organizations.
This is a remote role, with candidates in Latin America preferred and Colombia especially welcome.




The SDR will identify ideal prospect companies within ELEVA’s target market, research relevant organizations and decision-makers, build and maintain qualified prospect lists, and conduct personalized outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone when appropriate.
The role also includes consistent follow-up, lead qualification, booking discovery calls with the Founder, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking pipeline activity and outreach performance, and working closely with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies based on results.
Qualifications• Proven experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Experience prospecting and selling into the U.S. market
• Ability to independently identify adecuado target companies and relevant decision-makers
• Strong research and prospect-list-building skills
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach
• Strong written and spoken English
