About the Role
We're looking for a Personal Executive Assistant to support the founder across a wide range of personal, household, and logistical tasks. This is a high-trust, always-on role for someone who is genuinely smart, moves fast, thinks critically, and takes full ownership of whatever lands in front of them.
The work varies day to day and the pace is real. You'll manage household needs, plan events,



source vendors, send gifts, and solve complex personal logistics that require judgment and initiative rather than just execution. If you're a sharp, resourceful generalist who responds instantly and takes pride in solving problems completely rather than partially, this role is a strong fit.
Responsibilities
• Handle household needs end to end, including researching, sourcing, and coordinating vendors, service providers, and contractors
• Hire and manage household staff such as private chefs, cleaners, and other service providers
• Coordinate home logistics, maintenance, and recurring household needs proactively
• Plan and execute personal events, including dinners, gatherings, and special occasions, from concept through execution
• Source and send thoughtful gifts for friends, family, and professional contacts
• Manage personal calendars and commitments so the founder is never caught off
