Software Engineer (MongoDB) at Baires

DevAs a Software Engineer (MongoDB), you will build applications on MongoDB with expertise in schema design, aggregation pipelines, and sharding strategies.

You will play a key role in optimizing database performance and managing Atlas cloud environments to support scalable, data-driven applications.

What You'll Do- Design and implement efficient MongoDB schema models tailored for high-performance application requirements.- Develop and optimize complex aggregation pipelines to perform advanced data analysis and transformation.- Manage and scale MongoDB clusters using sharding strategies to ensure high availability and distributed data handling.- Administer and optimize MongoDB Atlas cloud environments,



ensuring secure and efficient database operations.- Collaborate with development teams to integrate MongoDB best practices into the software development lifecycle.- Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to maintain optimal throughput and low latency.

What We Are Looking For- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Database Administration, or Data Engineering.- Proven expertise in building applications on MongoDB and designing complex schemas.- Proficiency in developing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.- Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding strategies and cluster scaling.- Deep understanding of MongoDB Atlas for cloud database management.- Advanced proficiency in English.
