Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and support operational performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The adecuado candidate has a strong Customer Service background, experience managing KPIs, and the ability to lead teams and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a key point of contact.
- Monitor and report operational and customer experience KPIs.
- Lead and support teams to achieve performance and service objectives.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Support process mapping, documentation, and implementation.
- Manage high-volume customer service operations and ensure service quality.




- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify issues, provide solutions, and follow up on action plans.
- Adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and operational requirements.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Customer Service experience required, preferably in high-volume or operational environments.
- Experience tracking, managing, and reporting KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience with process mapping, process implementation, or continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments.
