What we're looking for

- 1+ year of accounting experience
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience – MUST
- Intermediate Excel – MUST
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset and strong follow-through
- Adaptability and flexibility

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and reconcile bank feeds and accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions




- Review and maintain General Ledger (GL) accuracy
- Support the month-end close process
- Assist with vendor management and maintain accurate vendor records
- Prepare vendor documentation for tax-season reporting
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records
- Identify and communicate accounting discrepancies for resolution
- Handle financial information with confidentiality and accuracy
