Junior IT Growth Agent - Medellín, Colombia

Position Summary:
The Junior IT Growth Agent supports the technology readiness of new clinic locations, helping ensure required equipment, connectivity, and IT infrastructure are in place before opening day. This role coordinates with Facilities, clinic operations, vendors, contractors, and internal IT teams to track tasks, follow up on deliverables, maintain project information, and help resolve issues throughout the clinic launch process. The position is adecuado for an organized, proactive professional with a basic IT foundation and strong interest in project coordination and technology deployments.
What You'll Do:
- Support IT readiness activities for new clinic openings by maintaining checklists, timelines, milestones, and status updates.
- Track installation, configuration, testing, and launch activities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Follow up on pending requirements and help identify dependencies or potential delays.
- Coordinate with Facilities and construction teams to ensure IT requirements are considered during site preparation.
- Help track basic requirements related to internet, cabling, power, equipment placement, and IT spaces.
- Escalate infrastructure issues that may affect installation or opening timelines.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding schedules, site access, deliveries, and installation requirements.
- Track equipment orders, deliveries, inventory,
and installation status.
- Follow up on vendor commitments and outstanding items.
- Support internal IT teams with equipment installation, connectivity checks, phone systems, printers, and other technology requirements.
- Help track testing results and coordinate follow-up on incomplete or malfunctioning equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when needed.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, pending tasks, risks, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate project, equipment, and vendor documentation.
- Support opening-day IT activities and help ensure outstanding items are properly handed off to ongoing IT support.
- Document lessons learned and suggest improvements to checklists, tracking, and deployment processes.
- Help standardize IT readiness procedures across clinic locations.
What You'll Bring To The Team:
- 1 year of experience in IT support, IT coordination, project coordination, technology deployment, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking, internet connectivity, computers, printers, phones, and general IT infrastructure.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, contractors, Facilities, operations, and IT teams.
- Strong attention to detail when tracking equipment, tasks, documentation, and project requirements.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues, following up, and escalating when necessary.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management, ticketing, or asset management tools is a plus.
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel to clinic locations and occasionally support openings outside normal business hours.
- Healthcare or multi-site deployment experience is a plus.
