Talent Efficiency Analyst at BairesDev In this role, you'll ensure quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes by auditing candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications. This is a detail-driven position where your analysis of large volumes of operational activity directly shapes how the team maintains high hiring standards. What You'll Do

- Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns,



documenting findings with high accuracy and detail.
- Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
- Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

What we are looking for

- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
- Experience auditing operational processes.
- Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
