? Marketing Web Developer

? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

? Service Break Allowance: 15 business days per year

? Key Responsibilities

- ? Build, maintain, and optimize landing pages and brand websites across multiple brands.
- ? Develop conversion-focused landing pages following our one-call-to-action, no-navigation standard.
- ? Build and deploy websites using Lovable and similar AI-assisted development tools.
- ? Apply brand guidelines, including colors, logos, typography, and overall visual identity.
- ? Manage website domains, DNS configurations, and TXT records.
- ? Create and configure Meta Pixels and datasets through Meta Events Manager.
- ? Implement and maintain UTM parameters, source tagging, and lead attribution.
- ? Ensure CRM Marketing_Source values are properly configured and aligned with approved sources.
- ?️ Troubleshoot website, tracking, deployment, and lead-flow issues.
- ✅ Test and validate tracking implementations to ensure accurate marketing and lead data.
- ? Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Technology teams on website and lead-generation projects.




- ? Manage multiple websites and projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.

? Requirements
- ? Experience building and maintaining websites and landing pages.
- ???? Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- ?‍? Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- ?️ Experience with website builders, no-code/low-code platforms, or AI-assisted development tools.
- ? Experience with Lovable or similar AI website development platforms is a strong plus.
- ? Understanding of Meta Pixel, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- ? Knowledge of UTM parameters, source attribution, and marketing analytics.
- ? Experience managing domains, DNS, and TXT records.
- ? Ability to troubleshoot websites, tracking systems, marketing funnels, and lead-generation issues.
- ? Familiarity with CRMs, APIs, webhooks, or basic integrations is a plus.
- ? Experience working with digital marketing, advertising, or lead-generation teams is preferred.
- ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
