About the Role

We are looking for an IT Healthcare Analyst with a healthcare or clinical background who is interested in transitioning into healthcare technology and supporting U.S. healthcare organizations.

This opportunity is adecuado for professionals with experience in ambulatory care, clinical workflows, provider support, healthcare training, or EHR/EMR systems.

Selected candidates will receive specialized training in Epic and will support healthcare providers through system training, workflow education, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support ambulatory healthcare workflows within Epic and related healthcare technology systems.
- Train and support physicians and other healthcare providers in the use of healthcare technology.
- Explain clinical workflows and system functionality clearly to end users.
- Participate in system testing, workflow validation, and implementation activities.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, user guides, and documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology teams.
- Provide workflow support and answer questions from healthcare providers.




- Identify opportunities to improve user adoption and healthcare operational processes.
- Support training, onboarding, and implementation activities as needed.

Requirements

- Medical Doctor (MD) or other clinical background.
- Experience training physicians, healthcare providers, or clinical teams.
- Experience providing training, education, onboarding, or workflow support to healthcare professionals.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of ambulatory/outpatient clinical workflows.
- Advanced English level (C1 required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain processes and technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Bogotá.

Nice to Have

- Experience as an EHR/EMR Trainer, Clinical Educator, Clinical Informatics Specialist, or similar role.
- Experience with Epic or other major EHR platforms.
- Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations or system rollouts.
- Experience creating training materials, presentations, SOPs, or user documentation.
