Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist Junior to join our team in Bogotá. This role will support different Human Resources processes, especially recruitment, payroll, employee activities, and labor relations. The idóneo candidate should be eager to learn, have good communication skills, and enjoy working closely with employees and different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment and selection processes for different positions.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and employee documentation.
- Assist with payroll processes and employee records.
- Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide support in employee relations and basic conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies.




- Assist with performance follow-up and HR administrative tasks.
- Help maintain HR databases and employee information updated.
- Support HR projects and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
- Experience supporting payroll and recruitment processes.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Intermediate English level is a plus.
- Experience with HR systems or Microsoft Office is a plus.
