We’re growing our Creative Studio at The Ideas Factory (TIF) and looking for a Senior Creative Designer who wants to create great work for Australian and international brands.

This is not a junior role. And we’re not looking for someone who just makes things look pretty. We want a hands-on senior creative who gets the brief, understands the WHY, brings ideas and can run with it.

You’ll work across:
⚡ Branding + visual identity
⚡ Campaigns + Key Visuals
⚡ Digital + social advertising
⚡ B2B + industrial brands
⚡ Presentations + sales collateral
⚡ Events + tradeshows
⚡ The occasional “we need this yesterday” project

Remote. International. Freelance with the opportunity for ongoing work.
Professional English is important. Spanish is a big plus.
Most importantly, we want someone who can look at a brief and confidently say: “I get it. Leave it with me.” Sound like you or someone brilliant you know?

Buscamos alguien senior, hands-on, ágil y con criterio, que entienda el brief, entienda el PORQUÉ, aporte ideas y tenga la autonomía para llevarlas a una sobresaliente ejecución.

Trabajarás en proyectos de:

⚡ Campañas + Key Visuals
⚡ Digital + social advertising
⚡ Marcas B2B e industriales
⚡ Presentaciones + sales collateral
⚡ Eventos + tradeshows
⚡ Y sí... algún que otro “lo necesitamos para ayer”

100% remoto. Internacional. Freelance con oportunidad de trabajo continuo.
Necesitamos un buen nivel de inglés profesional. Español es un gran plus.
