About the Role
As the paid media department continues to grow, the team is looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, team development, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and support the paid media team, providing day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee a portfolio of approximately 1–5 accounts, depending on complexity, budget, and client needs.
• Develop paid media strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, audiences, and broader marketing goals.
• Review campaign strategies, account changes, reporting, and recommendations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Serve as a technical resource and escalation point for complex campaign, tracking, performance, and strategy challenges.
