? Colombia | Hybrid, mainly remote | Indefinite | 42h/week.

We are currently testing the Colombian market for a Data Operations opportunity and looking to connect with experienced professionals to understand talent availability, expectations, location preferences, and working models before we determine how to move forward with the role.

? The profile we are looking for:

3+ years in Data Operations, Data Engineering Support, ETL/ELT Operations, or Production Data Support, with hands-on experience in:

- Production pipeline/ replication monitoring & recovery
- Strong SQL for validation, reconciliation & RCA
- ETL/replication: Talend, Qlik Replicate, SAP SLT, ADF, Fabric or equivalent
- Data quality, observability, freshness & alerting




- ITSM/ ServiceNow/ Jira - incidents, problems, changes & SLAs
- Python/scripting + basic Git
- Exposure to SAP HANA, Datasphere, Microsoft Fabric or Azure is highly valuable
