We’re looking for a Credit & Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Bogotá team and play an important role in managing customer accounts, collections, credit risk, and cash flow.

What you’ll do

- Follow up with customers on past-due accounts and outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve issues that may delay customer payments
- Conduct credit checks and investigations for new and existing customers
- Assess customer credit risk and establish credit limits according to company policies
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding account status and payment issues
- Monitor accounts receivable and support efforts to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Escalate collection issues when required
- Prepare uncollectible accounts for third-party collections or legal action
- Collect Bills of Lading (BOLs) from vendors and ensure files are properly processed
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve account issues

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 1 year of experience in credit, accounts receivable,



collections, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to review and analyze credit reports
- Good knowledge of Excel and databases/accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (French is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
