REGIONAL CORRESPONDENT – LEGALTECH, COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY INNOVATION

Lexpro US LLC is expanding its professional network across Latin America and is seeking Regional Correspondents in:

Buenos Aires, Argentina | Medellín, Colombia | Mexico City, Mexico | Asunción, Paraguay | Quito & Guayaquil, Ecuador | Panama City, Panama | Lima, Peru

ROLE DESCRIPTION The Regional Correspondent will act as a local professional liaison for Lexpro US LLC, supporting the firm’s regional activities, market development, regulatory intelligence, and identification of business opportunities.

The role is designed for professionals with experience or strong interest in the intersection of law, technology, regulation, compliance, and digital transformation.

Key areas of focus include LegalTech, Regulatory Compliance, RegTech, Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy, FinTech, InsurTech, PropTech, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, as well as emerging technologies and innovative business models requiring regulatory or compliance support.

The Correspondent will help identify relevant regulatory developments, potential clients, strategic partners, professional alliances, industry events, and business opportunities within their jurisdiction.

The position will also involve supporting Lexpro in developing relationships with law firms, technology companies, financial institutions, FinTech companies, startups, corporations, industry associations and other relevant market participants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor regulatory and market developments relevant to Lexpro’s practice areas.

Identify potential business opportunities, clients and strategic alliances.

Develop and maintain relationships with local professional and business networks.

Provide local regulatory and market intelligence.

Support the coordination of cross-border projects and professional services.





Identify relevant conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.

Assist with local business development initiatives.

Support Lexpro’s regional expansion and international professional network.

- Coordinate with Lexpro US LLC and its specialized teams on opportunities requiring legal, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity or technology expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should ideally have a professional background in Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Technology, Finance, Business Development or related disciplines.

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be particularly valued:

Strong professional networking, communication and business development skills are important.

Fluency in Spanish is required. Professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.

Experience working with international companies, professional services firms, financial institutions, technology companies or regulated industries will be considered an advantage.
