Overview

At Gallagher, you'll help coordinate client programs and strategic initiatives that support employees and the businesses they work in. You'll work as part of a close national team, bringing structure to implementation plans, timelines, and cross-functional delivery. This role suits someone who likes variety, clear priorities,



and work that depends on accuracy, follow-through, and teamwork.

How You'll Make An Impact

You'll help implement client programs and coordinate the people, plans, and deadlines needed to keep work moving. You'll work across teams to organize deliverables, support the field when needs come up, and help make sure clients get a smooth handoff.

- Build implementation plans and project timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams around core deliverables.
- Support the field by identifying immediate needs and connecting the right teams.
- Help train field teams when client transitions need support.

About You

- You have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of employee benefits experience.
- You have Advanced English level.
- You've worked in account management or another client-facing role.
- You can manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time while keeping details accurate.
- You can create implementation plans and track project timelines.
- You can communicate clearly by phone and with internal teams to solve problems and support handoffs.
