Overview
This role helps keep employee benefits systems accurate, reliable, and ready for clients and their people. You will support system setup, testing, and ongoing updates so benefit plans work as intended and clients get a smooth experience. Your work will help protect data quality, support timely renewals, and improve how teams deliver service.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Help clients launch and renew benefit sites with accuracy and care.
- Make sure system setup reflects plan rules, rates, eligibility, and client needs.
- Support a smooth experience for employees using the benefits platform.
- Find, research, and resolve system issues before they affect service.
- Test system changes and confirm data is correct before go-live.
- Use data checks and audits to protect quality and reduce errors.
- Partner with internal teams to keep work moving and meet deadlines.
- Share clear updates with clients and teammates throughout each project.
- Spot process gaps and help improve how the team works.
- Support carrier and payroll feed setup so data flows correctly.
- Contribute to special projects that improve service and client outcomes.
- Share ideas, coach teammates, and help build a strong, collaborative team.
About You
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- You bring experience with benefit administration systems, such as bswift or a similar platform. (This is preferred, not required).
- You understand employee benefits, including health, life, disability, and voluntary plans.
- You are comfortable working with insurance carrier billing and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act administration. (Preferred).
- You use Microsoft Excel with confidence, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- You can review data carefully, spot patterns, and use findings to guide action.
- You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation with both technical and non-technical partners.
- You stay organized and steady in a fast-moving environment.
- You work well on your own and as part of a team.
- You take pride in doing accurate work and meeting deadlines.
- You are open to learning new systems and improving how things are done.
- You value teamwork, client service, and creating a better experience for others.
