This role combines creative quality control, team coaching, and project leadership, providing real-time feedback and clear direction to multidisciplinary teams while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all creative outputs.ResponsabilidadesSupport execution of creative work from brief to final delivery ensuring quality andalignmentConduct and lead WIP reviews, ensuring progress and identifying risks earlyProvide clear, actionable feedback to creative teams in real timeGuide and support creative team members during project executionEnsure all assets meet brand guidelines and creative standardsCollaborate with Account, Strategy, and Production teams for seamless deliveryAssist in prioritization and daily workflow managementManage vendors or external partners when requiredActs as a day to day leader for creative teams during project executionProvides mentorship, coaching,
