This role focuses on strong execution and consistency, working under the guidance of senior copywriters and the Creative Director, supporting cross-functional teams (marketing, product, CRM, performance), and developing writing skills within the brand's tone of voice .What You'll Do:Write and adapt copy for digital campaigns (paid media, social media, display, CRM, landing pages, etc.) following established guidelines.Ensure brand voice consistency and adherence to tone of voice guidelines across all deliverables.Adapt approved messaging across multiple formats, channels, and audiences.Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior copywriters to execute effective campaigns.Apply feedback and produce copy iterations based on performance data (A/B testing variations).Manage assigned tasks and deliverables while meeting deadlines and priorities.Support the maintenance and organization of the copy library and messaging guidelines.Proofread and review content to ensure grammar, spelling, and style accuracy.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Literature, or related field .2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally in digital environments or agencies.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Spanish.Solid copywriting fundamentals (clarity, tone, structure,
