As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and building long-term client relationships within the promotional products, branded merchandise, custom apparel, and printing space.
This is a highly outbound and relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, start conversations, understand a client's broader business needs, and turn those conversations into revenue. You will prospect for new customers while also identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through thoughtful cross-selling and upselling.
We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable developing their own approach to prospecting. You should be able to go beyond simply selling what a customer asks for and instead think critically about what else their organization may need.
Once an opportunity reaches the purchase-order stage, you will collaborate with our internal teams who support product sourcing, supply chain, and fulfillment.

• Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities through cold outreach, social selling, referrals, networking, and other creative prospecting strategies
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective customers rather than relying primarily on inbound opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently grow your book of business
• Convert qualified opportunities into customers and move deals from initial outreach through the purchase-order stage
• Build strong, ongoing client relationships that create opportunities for repeat business and account growth
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products based on the customer's broader needs
• Re-engage and grow relationships with existing customers while maintaining a strong emphasis on generating new business
• Use LinkedIn, email, social media, and other channels creatively to identify buying signals and reach potential customers
