We pair each member with a dedicated assistant who becomes a trusted extension of their business and personal life. Through thoughtful support, practical AI tools, and proactive organization, our assistants help members create more time and freedom.
We’re looking for a resourceful Executive & Personal Virtual Assistant to join our team and develop into an MTC AI Certified Assistant.

What you’ll do
You’ll support one dedicated member, with responsibilities tailored to their needs:
• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, priorities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily briefings, documents, research, and clear recommendations.
• Coordinate professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and advisors.
• Organize travel, reservations,



appointments, and personal logistics when requested.
• Anticipate needs, identify scheduling conflicts, and keep commitments on track.
• Assist with invoice follow-ups, expense tracking, and other administrative tasks within approved limits.
• Use AI tools to draft, research, summarize, and improve workflows—always checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.
• Join video calls and communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Support basic social content, Canva visuals, and short videos where needed.
• Keep tasks and member preferences organized in Notion and participate in training and feedback sessions.

You should be comfortable taking initiative while knowing when to ask for approval, especially for spending, sensitive information, or commitments made on the member’s behalf.
