This role helps keep employee benefits systems accurate, reliable, and ready for clients and their people. You will support system setup, testing, and ongoing updates so benefit plans work as intended and clients get a smooth experience.

• Help clients launch and renew benefit sites with accuracy and care.
• Make sure system setup reflects plan rules, rates, eligibility, and client needs.
• Support a smooth experience for employees using the benefits platform.
• Find, research, and resolve system issues before they affect service.
• Test system changes and confirm data is correct before go-live.
• Use data checks and audits to protect quality and reduce errors.
• Partner with internal teams to keep work moving and meet deadlines.
• Share clear updates with clients and teammates throughout each project.
• Spot process gaps and help improve how the team works.
