Role Description The Pasante de Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogotá, D.C. The marketing intern supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Casa Páramo’s products and brand. Daily tasks include assisting with market research, preparing basic sales and marketing materials, helping manage social media content,



and supporting promotional campaigns and events. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to understand client needs, collecting feedback, and contributing ideas to improve communication and brand positioning. The intern is expected to work closely with supervisors, learn marketing best practices, and participate in continuous improvement of marketing processes.
