I. Position Overview
The International Area Sales Manager is a core strategic role driving the company's international business expansion. This position is responsible for achieving regional sales targets, building and managing channel networks, and maintaining key customer relationships in assigned territories. The idóneo candidate possesses deep expertise in sports medicine/minimally invasive orthopedics, proven distributor management capabilities, and strong cross-cultural business acumen.

II. Key Responsibility
1. Sales Target Achievement: Based on the regional sales strategy, develop area sales plans and independently achieve regional sales targets and product volume objectives.
2. Distributor Development & Management: Independently develop new distributor partners within the region and expand existing channel resources; manage day-to-day distributor collaboration,



promptly capture distributor operational dynamics and report to superiors; provide background research and analysis reports for distributor selection, retention, and elimination decisions.
3. Customer Relationship Management, Academic Support, Sales Support & Business Execution: Develop and maintain relationships with clinical KOLs and key hospital customers in the region; provide professional consultation on sports medicine products, surgical technique support, and solutions; assist distributors in bidding and quotation processes; complete product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiations, and other full-cycle sales activities to drive end-point sales execution.
4.
