Role Overview
Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including the allocated budget, to generate qualified leads at the lowest possible CPL, CPA and CAC, optimizing based on the data provided by the analytics team.

Responsibilities
• Set up and launch campaigns on Google Ads (Search and Display), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Segment campaigns and markets by city or region, audience profile, program, device and schedule, while understanding market and company needs. On LinkedIn, segment by job title, industry and company size.
• Conduct keyword research: define match types and maintain negative keyword lists.
• Write ads and creatives: RSAs and extensions on Google, Lead Gen Forms on LinkedIn and short-form video on TikTok.
• Apply advertising strategies: remarketing, lookalike audiences, funnel-stage campaigns, brand vs.



competitor campaigns, ABM on LinkedIn, email marketing and seasonal campaigns aligned with the admissions calendar. Run A/B tests.
• Manage the budget daily within the [amount in COP] cap, adjusting it according to results.
• Optimize using the data provided and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports with findings and improvements.

Requirements
• Proven experience (1 to 2 years) running paid campaigns with a budget.
• Bachelor's or technologist degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields. Equivalent demonstrable experience is also accepted.
• Strong command of Google Ads, and working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Solid skills in keyword research, market research and market segmentation.
• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets.
• English level B2.

Nice to Have
• Advertising copywriting and a good visual eye.
• Proficiency in Adobe, CapCut, Figma
